How-To:

Bring your arms straight out in front of you with the palms facing in. Pull the arms back in towards the shoulder socket. Cross one arm over the other at the elbow and bend both elbows. Bring the arm that is on top under the wrist of the opposite arm. Join the palms of the hands together or interlace the fingers. To maximize the benefits of this pose, lift the elbows up and press the forearms forward.
